It was declared by the delegate of the waqf that the specified place was a waqf land and that it had been allocated for the accommodation of the poor. However, since the property owner has no other real estate, it was understood that there was no other solution other than displacing and relocating the people residing there. In order to take necessary action in accordance with the decision to be taken as regards this issue, it is appropriate to relegate the matter to the Sanjak Administrative Council. The 25th of Mayîs (1)308 (6th of June 1892).
