It has been decided by the council to rent the store located outside Jaffa Gate (Bâb Al Khalîl) just next to the city wall whose former tenant was Shaykh Ibrâhîm Al Sarâj, for a period of one year starting in Muharram (1)310 until the pilgrimage ? (hijja) of that year, for an amount of six French liras. Each month on French lira is to be paid. Accordingly at the end of Jumâda (1)310 the six liras will have been paid. In order to certify this, this decision was taken on the 25th of Mayîs (1)308 (6th of June 1892).
