1 kile of barley corresponds to 17 atik kıyye, and 1 kile of wheat corresponds to 22,5 atik kıyye. In last year’s May, at a rate of respected current akçe, 1 kile of barley was sold at 35 liras and 1 kile of wheat was sold at 50 liras. It was understood from the survey that this year 1 kile of barley is being sold at 30 liras and 1 kile of wheat is being sold at 36 liras. The 18th of Mayîs (1)308 (30th of May 1892).
