It was understood from the above-written inspection that leaving the said toilet as a hole not only poses threat to passerby, but also pollutes the air. It is appropriate to inform the kaza directorate with a written order that this toilet shall be removed from where it is now and be reconstructed as a masonry toilet at the place to be shown by the engineer. The 25th of Mayîs (1)308 (6th of June 1892).
