Scope and content

If the newly repaired street leading from the beginning of the Russian buildings to the Kâsîtû is left without sprinkling water, it will be damaged soon and it would be necessary to incur expenses to repair it again (?). Therefore it has been decided by the council to purchase the necessary water and to sprinkle once every other day until the rain begins, to prevent its decay and damage from dust. In order to buy the necessary water, this decision was taken on the 21st of Mayîs (1)308 (2nd of June 1892).
