As written in the note presented herewith, the price of bread has been redetermined as a consequence of the decrease in the price of wheat. The fact that bread must be sold at this rate has been communicated to those bread sellers who are Ottoman citizens. But it should also be communicated to the bread sellers who are citizens of foreign states. In order to warn about this matter, it is appropriate to send official letters to all consulates. The 14th of Mayîs (1)308 (26th of May 1892).
