Although the donkey seller named Dervish al-Ceyci was repeatedly warned not to tether his donkey at the Asurî gate where everybody passes by, it is appropriate to relegate the matter to the Municipal Police Force in order to receive from him in cash a penalty of 25 piasters in accordance with the 254th article of the Penal Code in effect as regards this matter. The 22nd of Nîsân (1)308 (4th of May 1892).
