On condition that they do not place at their disposal children at an early age, petitioners were licensed, upon the above-registered marginal note, to practice their craft. However, it was observed tonight that adults and small children worked together. As such indecent situation cannot be regarded as permissible in Jerusalem, it is appropriate to relegate the matter to the Police department so as to prevent them to occur again. The 23rd of Nîsân (1)308 (5th of May 1892).
