As it was understood from the survey that the above-written persons had dropped litter nearby the French Consulate, it has been deemed appropriate to receive from each 25 piasters in cash, i.e., 50 piasters in total, in accordance with the 254th article of the Penal Code in effect as regards this matter. It is appropriate to send an official letter to the Russian and French Consulates, to which they are subject, in order to receive these penalties. The 22nd of Nîsân (1)308 (4th of May 1892).
