With reference to the Constitution, problems are created by the persons, whose names are written in this bill, in the payment of the macadam tax, amounting to 6,690.3 piasters as respected current akçe, due from February of 1324 (14 February-13 March 1909). Hence, with the work of collecting and writing off the said sum to be dealt with later, this certificate has been written and given to Davud Al Şerfa Effendi, the multazim of the said macadam tax, on the purpose of setting off from the February installment. The 22nd of Nîsân (1)325 (5th of May 1909).
