Upon the Public Debts Administration’s letter dated 15 March 1909 and dated 1, regarding the sale of a donkey seized due to the smuggling of gunpowder

Given to the innkeeper Abdürrahim Al Hafdi: 50 piasters
Remainder: 140.3 piasters
Town-crier fee: 4.3 piasters
Remainder: 136 piasters
It has been understood from the above-written annotation that the said donkey has been sold, yielding 136 piasters as respected current akçe. For taking due action in respect thereof, it is appropriate to relegate the matter to the Sanjak Administrative Council. The 11th of Nîsân (1)325 (24th of April 1909).
