Upon the Waqfs Accounting’s marginal note dated 22 February 1909, regarding the estimation of necessary reparation expenses of a stone oven belonging to the Mes’udiye Mosque outside Damascus Gate and the organization of a Dutch auction for these expenses. The estimated reparation expenses in question has been put on Dutch auction. In accordance with the hereby presented Dutch auction bill, it has been decided that the work be undertaken by Hadji Yusuf Sahtave (?) at a rate of 280 piasters as respected current akçe, and for taking due action in respect thereof, it has been presented to the Waqfs Accounting. The 11th of Shubât (1)324 (24th of February 1909).
