Rüsûm-ı mezkûre mevki’-i müzâyedeye tarh edilerek bedel-i sâbıkı olan 6.000 guruş ile İshak Barzani Effendi tarafından pey altına alınmış ve kefâletine karşı merkûmdan 2.000 guruş alınmış olmağla ifâ-yı müktezâsı husûsunun meclis-i idâre-i livâya emr ü havâlesi babında emr ü fermân. Fi 5 Şubat sene 324.
