Scope and content

Upon the Gendarme Commandership’s letter dated 20 May 1909 and numbered 279, regarding the purchase of two pieces of tent for cavalier soldiers on the purpose of securing the Jerusalem-Jericho road. The said two pieces of tent have been purchased for 9 French liras, but there is no financial source for them in the municipal budget; hence, for granting an approval for paying this sum through non-budgetary means, it is appropriate to relegate the matter to the Sanjak Administrative Council. The 14th of Mâyîs (1)325 (27th of May 1909).
