Since the third shop located to the east of the municipal garden is closed, and since Râhîl bin Ya’qûb wants to rent it for the remainder of the current year, which is two months and 17 days for a sum of 250 piasters, and since the benefit goes back to the municipality, it has been decided to lease the shop in question for the remainder of the year, starting from the 13th of Shawwâl (1)335 hijrî until Thu al hijja of the same year. The rent, which is 250 piasters, should be paid in advance. In order for this to be implemented, this decision was issued on the 2nd of Agustos (1)333 (2nd of August 1917).
