Since the fifth shop located at the bottom of the municipality’s hotel has been closed, and since Kûba, the Jewish woman, wants to rent it for the remainder period of the current year, which is two months and 17 days starting from the 13th of Shawwâl (1)335 hijrî until Thu al hijja of the same year for a sum of 400 piasters and since the benefit goes back to the municipaliyt’s treasury, it has been decided to lease the shop in question for the above mentioned sum for 77 days. Therefore, the rent should be paid in advance. In order for this to be implemented, this decision was issued on the 1st of Agustos(1)333 (1st of August 1917).
