As it was understood from the survey that the above-written person had dropped litter nearby inhabited houses, it is appropriate to relegate the matter to the Municipal Police Force in order to receive from him in cash a penalty of 25 piasters in accordance with the 254th article of the Penal Code in effect as regards this matter. The 22nd of Nîsân (1)308 (4th of May 1892).
