On 7 April 1892, Our Council presented a letter numbered 19 in order to close down the income and expenditure account of the practice of quarantine by way of arranging the register showing the income and expenditure of the Jaffa Quarantine and sending as immediately as possible the residual amount in cash and the sublime office of the Mutassarrifate also sent a written order to the Kaymakam of Jaffa. However, since there is no receipt of any kind at present, it is appropriate to rewrite an order to the Kaymakam of Jaffa to notify the need to send as soon as possible the said register and the residual amount in cash. The 14th of Mayîs (1)308 (26th of May 1892).
