The heirs of Rizek Mnaier are the petitioners. This is their second petition with which they ask to give order from the Moutserif of Jerusalem to Kaimakami of Jaffa to forbid the widow Fatime Sit Ihvitha from getting involved in their lands. Because even if we assume that some of the heirs, rent these lands to her this is illegal, because the renters are not allowed to rent their proper lands. But the widow sew all the land and so they ask that each one of the heirs receive his proper part of land. The case was appointed to the Great Dragoman
