The petitioner had rent from Peledi a store for 5 Ottoman liras. But then the archimandrite Euthymios started building a coffee shop close to her store at the David gate. Then she complained that her staff was destroyed and that her store remained closed for 4 1/2 months and then reopened. The archimandrite had promised to pay back for the damage but nothing had received so far. Not even for the rent she had paid. therefore she sends the petition to his highness
