It was understood as a result of the inspection that before the enclosure of the buildings demolished due to the storm, removal of the said wreckage would lead to the demolition of the adjacent buildings. The construction of the needed buildings is continued by their owners. So it would be useful that the wreckage be removed and the road opened before the completion of the construction. For notification of these matters to the petitioners, it is appropriate to relegate the matter to the Police department. The 11th of Kânûn awal (1)313 (23rd of December 1897).
