The situation in the village of Ghûl near the city door leading to the sanctuary (zâwîya) of our Prophet Dawûd peace be upon him (adjective missing - is not good?), urgent to install street lanterns on the (qantara) of the mentioned city door. Therefore the council has decided to hang up the mentioned lanterns as of the 11th of the month of Kânûn awal (1)313. In order to pay the price of the mentioned lanterns from the council’s treasury, this decision was taken on the 11th of Kânûn awal (1)313 (23rd of December 1897).
