The transportation of the said water was put to Dutch auction. After the completion of bidding, it was decided that a tulum of water be transported by Abdulmaht (?) bin Halil and Abdulhavad (?) Abidin through the guarantee of Muhammed Al Ceylani and Yakup Abdulkerim at a rate of 0.05 piasters as respected current akçe. The 16th of Kânûn awal (1)313 (28th of December 1897).
