In July 1311 (13 July – 12 August 1895), at the location of Bâb-ı Hıtta Neighborhood, 187 meters of sewage, 688 meters of pavement and 85 meters of stairs; at the location of Şeyh Sa’d (?) hill 82 meters of sewage, 385.5 meters of pavement, 137 meter of stairs and outside the city walls in front of the Austrian Consulate on the public road 284 meter of pavement and 179.5 meters of stairs have been constructed. 24 patients have been admitted to the municipality hospital and their treatments are carried out thanks to our Sultan. 170 patients from different communities have been treated by the Municipality doctor. The 21st of Agustos (1)311 (2nd of September 1895).
