Üç yüz on bir senesi şehr-i temmuzunda Bâb-ı Hıtta mahallesinde 187 metre lağım 688 metre kaldırım ve 85 metre merdiven ve Şeyh Sa’d (?) akabesinde 82 metre lağım 385 buçuk metre kaldırım 137 metre merdiven ve haric-i şehirde Avusturya konsoloshanesi önünde vâki cadde-i umûmiyyesi 284 metre kaldırım ve 179 buçuk metre merdiven müceddeden i’mâl edilmiş ve belediye hastahânesine 24 nefer hasta kabul edilerek saye-i hazret-i padişâhîde emr-i tedâviyâtlarına bakılmış ve belediye tabibi ma’rifetiyle milel-i muhtelifeden 170 kişi muayene ve tedâvi edildiği gibi me’mûr-ı mahsûs tarafından iki yüz kişi aşılanmıştır.
