It has been decided by the council that the slaughterhouse should be completed under the supervision of the engineer Ibrâhîm Effendi. For the inspection of the mentioned slaughterhouse and an estimation of what has been finished by the contractors, what it left to be done and what part of the construction done by the contractors has to be repaired, the rifatillu Mohammad Effendi, Sirûfîm Effendi and Shlomo Effendi and building master Shaykh Hâmid and Jiryîs Al Zanânîrî have been elected in order to conduct the mentioned inspection. Accordingly, this decision was taken on the 19th of Tishrîn Awal (1)310 (31rd of October 1894).
