Public bid attribution: The costs of the requested reparation were put to auction after the completion of bidding. As seen also in the auction documents enclosed herewith, it is appropriate that the reparation be provided by Rashid Al Bilibi (?) through the guarantee of Abdulkadir Al Alemi at a rate of 30,000 piasters as respected current akçe. The 28th of Huzayrân (1)310 (10th of July 1894).
