In the debit of the above-written multazims, there is 35,554 piasters as respected current akçe. Nevertheless, although this sum was repeatedly demanded, nothing could be obtained. Therefore, since it has been approved that, in accordance with the 40. article of the municipal regulations, the above-written persons be arrested until this sum is given, it is appropriate to relegate the matter to the municipal police for in order to take necessary action in respect thereof. The 27th of Huzayrân (1)310 (9th of July 1894).
