The petitioner is one of our council members and was appointed last June as an official in charge of inspecting and exterminating grasshoppers and thus sent to the village of Deyr-i Divân. Due to the datedness of the allowance of 150 piasters determined for him, it has been declared that this sum cannot be paid before relegating to the said branch bank the letter presented by our council for its payment by the Agricultural Bank and obtaining a permission. Since a reply shall be received until now, it is appropriate to relegate the matter to the Agricultural Bank’s branch so as to deal with the payment of the said money. The 5th of Kânûn Thânî (1)314 (17th of January 1899).
