We announce that it has been understood that the inhabitants of the dye market, which belong to the waqf of the Noble Rock (al sakhra al musharifa) go up to the roof if the mentioned market for their needs and the dyers (go there) in order to hang up what the things they dye. This damages the tiles on the mentioned roof. Therefore these directions are needed in order to prevent this. Whoever goes against these directions becomes subject to legal punishment. In order for this to be known, these directions were published on the 29th of Mayîs (1)316 (11th of June 1900).
