Upon the official letter, dated 12 July 1894 and numbered 47, sent from the Kaymakamlık of Salt,
the 19,000 piasters, which is stated in the dispatched official letter to have been delivered, have been counted under the supervision of Şalomo Effendi and it has been seen that it is complete. It is appropriate to write in reply that it has been consigned to the council’s fund on the condition that it be delivered when the necessary bill is received. The 4th of Tâmuz (1)310 (16th of July 1894).
