Upon the petition by Hasan Effendi, the multazim of macadam taxes
It is obvious that if the said road is not repaired at this very moment, its defect will deteriorate, thus leading to difficulties in traffic and requiring more expenditures in the future. Thus, as regards its inspection and making attempts for necessary solutions, it is appropriate to relegate the matter to the Chief Engineering of the Public Works. The 10th of Tishrîn Thânî (1)314 (22nd of November 1898).
