Upon the Education Directorate’s marginal note, dated 28 March 1910 and numbered 12, regarding the reparation of the mosque, located in the village of Guğrufeb (?), belonging to the Education Directorate
The estimated expenses of the said mosques have been put on Dutch auction. Necessary incentives have been given to relevant people. As shown in the hereby presented Dutch auction bill, it has been decided that the work be undertaken by Mimiran Al Niba (?) at a rate of 1,950 piasters, on a basis of 23 piasters for a silver Medjidie. The 10th of Aylûl (1)326 (23rd of September 1910).
