Upon the Telegraph Directorate’s letter dated 1 March 1910 and numbered 216, regarding the organization of a Dutch auction for the freight of 25 telegraph poles and porcelain insulators to be installed in the route from Jerusalem to Hebron
The freight of the said 25 telegraph poles and porcelain insulators have been put on Dutch auction, as stated in this letter; and in accordance with the attached bill, it has been decided that the work be undertaken at a rate of 133.5 piasters by İbrahim Mizrahi. The 18th of Shubât (1)325 (3rd of March 1910).
