Upon the Sanjak Administrative Council’s decision dated 5 March 1910 and numbered 1869, regarding the provision of space for the residence of reserve battalions and their animals during their assembly
It is natural that the reserve battalions to be sent to war have tents for their assembly and they would be able to reside under these tents outside the city walls. It has been considered that the animals used in their transportation be kept at the big stable located within the Lower Barracks; it is appropriate, though, to take due action in respect thereof. The 23rd of Shubât (1)325 (8th of March 1910).
