Upon the register dated 10 October 1910, given by the Engineer Paskal Effendi, indicating the amount of the estimated expenses for the reparation of the wall of the Ayn Silvan pond
The expenses written in this attached register have been put on Dutch auction. After the completion of bidding, it has been decided that the work be undertaken by İbrahim Muhammed at a rate of ten thousand piasters as respected current akçe. It has been stipulated that fifty percent of the said sum be given when half of the work is completed, and that the other fifty percent be given when the whole work is finished. The 9th of Tishrîn Awwal (1)326 (22th of October 1910).
