Upon the Postal Directorate’s letter dated 17 May 1909 and numbered 19, regarding the Dutch auction of the transportation costs of four services from the postal administration to the railroad station. In accordance with the attached Dutch auction bill, the matter has been announced to relevant people; and it has been decided that the work be undertaken at a rate of 750 piasters as respected current akçe by Musa Reşid Effendi Al lemi under the guarantee of Reşid Al Dakkak. For taking due action in respect thereof, it is appropriate to relegate the matter to the Sanjak Administrative Council. The 19th of Mâyîs (1)325 (1st of June 1909).
