Upon the petition given on 3 June 1909 by the British subject William Henry, regarding the 15-day shutdown of a construction work carried out by the Russian subjects Yohan Simyahof and Netnail Davidof, in the vicinity of Tulûl Al Musabin (?), and on the road reaching the Buharalılar company
In accordance with the 53. article of the Public Buildings Regulation in effect as regards this matter, a surety bond has been taken from the petitioner and conserved by the municipality. Hence, two copies of warning have been written against the defendant Russian subjects Yohan Simyahof and Netnail Davidof,in order to shutdown for 15 days the construction work carried out by them in the vicinity of Tulûl Al Musabin (?) and on the road reaching the Buharalılar company, and these warnings are hereby presented. For notifying them about the issue, making them sign a copy and returning it, it is appropriate to communicate the warning, together with its attachment, to the Russian Consulate. The 23rd of Mâyîs, (1)325 (5th of June 1909).
