Upon the petition dated 30 October 1910 given by the inheritors of the late Takıyüddin Afifi regarding the allotment of a salary from the municipal fund
This petition has examined by our council. It is really the case that the petitioners are poor, and it has been understood that it would be necessary to allot them a monthly sum of a hundred piasters for facilitating their needs. However, as the sums reserved in the municipal budget for the poor have completely been distributed to the poor, it is appropriate to relegate the matter to the Sanjak Administrative Council to take a decision for allowing to cover the money in question through non-budgetary means. The 21st of Tishrîn Awwal (1)326 (3rd of November 1910).
