İş bu istidâ meclis-i acizânemizce mütalaa kılındı müstedi’lerin fakr ____ olub tehvin-i ihtiyâçları için kendilerine şehri yüz guruşun tayini müktezi olacağı tebeyyün etmiş ise de belediye bütçesinde fukaraya mahsûs mebâliğ erbâb-ı ihtiyâca mevzi bulunmuş olduğundan meblâğ-ı mezkûrun haric-i ez büdçe sarfı hususuna müsaade ile taht-ı karara alınmak üzere meclis-i idare-i livâya emr ü havâlesi babında emr ü fermân. Fi 21 Teşrin-i evvel sene 326.
