Upon marginal note by the Secretary of Provincial Council taken on 14 January 1909, regarding the organization of a Dutch auction for the tax of fishing over the Jordan river within the kaza of Jerusalem
The said tax has been put on Dutch auction. It has been deposited by İshak Barzani Effendi at a rate of 6,000 piasters, which is its previous cost, and 2,000 piasters have been taken from him in exchange for his guarantee. For taking due action in respect thereof, it is appropriate to relegate the matter to the Sanjak Administrative Council. The 5th of Shubât (1)324 (18th of February 1909).
