Upon the letter, dated 24 December 1906 and numbered 208, sent by the Commandership, regarding the financing by the municipal fund of the canons shot from the fortress in the Month Ramadan of 1323 (1905) and 1324 (1906) by the municipal
As there is no source in the budget to finance the requested 557.35 piasters from the municipal fund, it is appropriate to relegate the matter to the Sanjak Administrative Council to ratify, if deemed suitable, the expenditure of the said sum through non-budgetary means. The 27th of Kânûn Awwal (1)322 (9th of January 1907).
