İş bu takrirde taleb olunan 557 guruş 35 paranın belediye sandığından sarfı için büdçede karşılığı olmadığından tensib buyrulduğu takdirde meblâğ-ı mezkûrun hâric-i ez-büdçe sarfı tasdike alınması husûsu meclis-i idâre-i livâya emr ü havâlesi bâbında emr ü fermân. Fi 27 Kânûn-ı evvel sene 322.
