As there is no source in the budget to finance the requested 557.35 piasters from the municipal fund, it is appropriate to relegate the matter to the Sanjak Administrative Council to ratify, if deemed suitable, the expenditure of the said sum through non-budgetary means. The 27th of Kânûn Awwal (1)322 (9th of January 1907).
