Upon the letter given on 30 November 1904 by the Commandership of the Municipal Police Force regarding the Dutch auction of forty mats and necessary coals required by the cavalier and infantry companies of the Municipal Police Force in Jerusalem
The said coals and mats were put on Dutch auction. In accordance with the hereby presented bill, it was decided that each kilo of coal be undertaken at a rate of 0.19 piasters as respected current akçe by Hac Ali Caûni; and each mat be undertaken at a rate of 15 piasters by Hasan Abdurrahman Abu Hind from the townsfolk of Lud in accordance with the sample reserved by the municipal police force. The 25th of Kânûn Thânî (1)320 (7th of February 1905).
