Upon the letter given on 17 February 1906 by the Gendarme Commandership regarding the prisonhouse reparation and the marginal note written by the Sanjak’s Accounting on 22 February 1906 for the Dutch auction of this reparation
Even though the said reparation was put on Dutch auction and necessary incentives were given to those who may need them, no one showed interest. As it has been understood that it would be better to make this reparation on government account, it is appropriate to relegate the matter to where it may concern. The 15th of Shubât (1)321 (28th of February 1906).
