Ta’mirât-ı mezkûrenin münâksaya verilerek lâzım gelenlere teşvikât-ı lâzime icrâ olunmuş ise de tenkısa kimesinenin rağbeti zuhûr etmemiş ve iş bu ta’mirât emanet sûretiyle inşâsı halinde daha evlâ olacağı derkâr bulunmuş olduğundan icâbına bakılmak üzere müktezi mahale havâle buyrulması babında ferman.
