Upon the letter given on 21 January 1905 by the Mail and Telegraph Directorate regarding the transfer fee of mails between Jerusalem and Bethlehem
The transfer fees written in this letter and the hereby presented two Dutch auction bills were put on Dutch auction and necessary incentives were given to those needing them. After the completion of incentives, it was decided that, for transfers from the Jerusalem mail center to Jerusalem railroad station and vice versa, the work be undertaken by Yakûb Şakir Ağa at a monthly rate of 350 piasters as respected current akçe; and for transfers from Jerusalem to Bethlehem and vice versa, by Mihâ’il Yusuf Talmas under the guarantee of Yusuf İbn-i Yusuf Talmas at a monthly rate of 150 piasters as respected current akçe. The 28th of Shubât (1)320 (13th of March 1905).
