İş bu takrîr ile melfûf iki kıt’a münâkasa pusulalarında muharrer nakliyât ücürâtı münâkasaya tarh ile lazım gelenlere teşvikât-ı lâzime bâ’de’l-icrâ Kudüs posta merkezinden Kudüs şimendifer mevkifine ve mevkif-i mezkûrdan yine merkeze nakl olunacak posta ücreti sağ akçe olarak şehrî 350 guruş bedel ile Yakûb Şakir Ağa ve Kudüs-i Şerif’ten Beytüllahim ve Beytüllahim’den Kudüs’e nakl olunacak posta ücreti yine sağ akçe hesâbıyla şehrî 150 guruş bedel ve Yusuf İbn-i Yusuf Talmas kefâletiyle Mihâ’il Yusuf Talmas uhdelerinde takarrar etmiş olmağla ol babda emr ü ferman. Fi 28 Şubat sene 320.
