Upon the decision, dated 21 May 1907 and numbered 323, taken by the Sanjak Administrative Council regarding the Dutch auction of the uniforms of gendarme cavalry and infantry officers
In accordance with the above-written decision by the Sanjak Administrative Council, the needed tailors were summoned to our council and necessary incentives were given. In accordance with the hereby presented Dutch auction bill, it was decided that each suit of cavalry officers be provided at a rate of 275 piasters as respected current akçe; and each suit of infantry officers at a rate of 233.1 piasters, all by the tailor named Musa Senilerin. The reserved sample of broadcloth has been submitted and no one has come up to offer a lesser price than the prices in question. The 21st of Mayîs (1)323 (3rd of June 1907).
